Most "DA & PA" tools quietly run one score twice — once for your domain, once for a specific page — and present it as two independent metrics the way Moz's actual Domain Authority and Page Authority work. We looked at the data source honestly and decided not to do that.

Google doesn't expose backlink data through any API — so we don't fake it. Export your own "Links" report from Search Console and import the CSV to see your real linking sites, pages and anchor text right alongside your Authority Score.

GrowLytics doesn't currently maintain its own crawled backlink index the way Ahrefs or Moz do — that requires a paid third-party data source we haven't integrated yet. Until then, the honest version is what you get: a real domain-level Authority Score, your own imported GSC link data, and insights grounded in both. We'd rather ship less and have it all be true.
