By accessing or using GrowLytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. GrowLytics is operated by PromotixDigito, Plot no. 135, Qasim Market, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
GrowLytics is a multi-tool SEO and digital marketing platform. Our services currently include: URL Indexer (URL submission to Google's Indexing API and IndexNow broadcast to Bing, Yandex, DuckDuckGo, Naver, Seznam.cz, and Brave, with scheduled re-verification); SEO Audit (a 14-module site audit including an AI-generated Strategy Report); AdSense Support (site readiness scoring and related AdSense tooling); DA & PA Analysis (domain Authority Score, referring-domain data, and insights); and a set of free tools (Page Speed Test, Index Checker, Quick SEO Audit) available without an account. Additional tools, including GA4 Analytics, may be added over time; this section will be updated as new tools launch.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use GrowLytics only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to:
GrowLytics uses the Google Search Console API, Google Indexing API, Google PageSpeed Insights, and related Google services under the Google APIs Terms of Service. By connecting your Google account, you confirm you own or have authorized access to the connected properties, and you must not use these integrations to access data you are not authorized to view. Google account access is granted entirely through Google's own OAuth consent screen — GrowLytics never asks for or stores your Google password.
You may optionally connect your own Google Cloud service account to increase your indexing quota. If you do, you are responsible for that service account's configuration, associated Google Cloud costs, and compliance with Google Cloud's own terms of service. GrowLytics uses your connected service account only for the indexing operations you initiate.
For account security, GrowLytics may associate your account with a registered IP address and limit how frequently that registration can change. This is a security measure to protect against credential sharing and unauthorized access, and may result in temporary restrictions if unusual account activity is detected. Details and current limits are shown in your account's Security settings.
The SEO Audit tool's AI Strategy Report is generated by a third-party AI model based on your audit data. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any AI-generated recommendation before acting on it. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
All pricing is in US Dollars (USD). Credits are purchased either as part of a subscription package (billed monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually) or as standalone pay-as-you-go credit packs, and are consumed as operations are run. Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts. Payments are currently confirmed manually by our team before credits or access are activated. We reserve the right to modify credit costs or package pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
GrowLytics, its branding, software, and platform design are the property of PromotixDigito and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or resold without permission. You retain all rights to the content, URLs, and data you submit through the platform. Reports and data generated for your account (audit results, indexing history, authority scores) are yours to use and export.
Results shown in GrowLytics — including indexing verdicts, PageSpeed scores, and Authority Scores — are derived from third-party services including Google's APIs and OpenPageRank. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or policies of these third-party data sources. See our Disclaimer for more detail on specific tools.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability, except as required by applicable law.
GrowLytics is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that indexing, ranking, or AdSense approval outcomes will meet your expectations — see our Disclaimer for full detail on the limits of each tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, GrowLytics and PromotixDigito shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of search rankings, revenue, data, or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold GrowLytics and PromotixDigito harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your submission of content you were not authorized to submit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of shared API quota or fraudulent payment activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Unused credits are handled per our Refund Policy upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of GrowLytics will first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation via support@grow-lytics.com before any formal proceedings.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above, and where practical we will notify active subscribers in advance. Continued use of GrowLytics after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowLytics regarding use of the platform.
